Women Chiefs of Enterprises International (Australia) (WCEI) is an Australian not-for-profit organisation with numerous international links as an affiliate member of Femmes chefs d'entreprises mondiales (FCEM).

A note from the National President
WCEI brings together dynamic and vibrant entrepreneurial women and business leaders, fostering strong connections and enduring friendships as well as business outcomes.
Through a calendar of events and activities designed to motivate, we share our experiences, support and inspire each other. We recognise and celebrate excellence and achievements and mentor one another through challenges and tough times.
Since being founded in 1985 in Australia, WCEI has cultivated local, national and international networks. We are part of the global Femmes Chefs d’Entreprises Mondiales (FCEM) community. This international focus has meant that over the past several years we have held joint forums with The International Alliance for Women (TIAW), the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO) in the US and developed and delivered a mentoring program for entrepreneurial women in the Indian Ocean alongside our sister organisations, Association Mauricienne des Femmes chefs d'Entreprises (AMFCE).
We welcome women from across Australia to explore our invitation-only membership.
